Consumer Duty Evidence That Builds Itself

Reduce your FCA risk every day, not just at review time. Complaints, vulnerable customers and unfair renewals are caught as they arrive, decided by your team and kept on record.

AI Your Senior Managers Can Answer For

The FCA expects senior managers to be accountable for the AI used in their area. Omniron prepares the evidence; your firm makes the decisions.

A Person Decides Every Flag

The AI suggests and your team decides. The AI never closes a complaint on its own.

A Weekly Check of What Was Not Flagged

A person checks a random sample of emails the AI did not flag, so anything it missed is found and put right.

A Named AI Owner, in Writing

Who answers for the AI at your firm, who reviews flags and who does the weekly check, with every change kept.

Questions Brokers Ask First

What does Omniron AI do?

It checks every customer email your firm receives, every claim notification and every renewal, against the 4 Consumer Duty outcomes. Complaints, vulnerable customers and fair value issues are flagged as they arrive, a person at your firm decides each one, and your complaints register, vulnerable customer log and renewal records stay up to date in 1 dashboard. Calls and voicemails follow once the Voice & Out of Hours Logger launches.

Is Omniron FCA approved?

The FCA does not approve or endorse software, so no tool can honestly say it is FCA approved. What matters is the evidence your firm can show of how each customer was treated, and who decided.

Can the AI get things wrong?

Yes, any AI can misread a message, so there are several checks, not 1. The AI quotes the words behind each flag and, when in doubt, flags for review rather than letting something pass. A person confirms or corrects every flag, and each week a person checks a random sample of the emails the AI did not flag, so anything it missed is found and put right.

Is our data used to train AI?

No. Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. Our AI provider's commercial terms do not allow customer data to be used for training.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the products you choose, the size of your firm and how you pay. To see your firm's exact price, click one of the links below.

Can we try it before committing?

Yes. Your agreement is for 12 months, but the first 90 days are a pilot on your own customer emails. If it has not earned its place, tell us in writing at least 14 days before day 90 and you stop there, with nothing more to pay and all your data returned to you. The set-up fee is paid once and is not refunded. Founding firms (the first 3) have a paid 30-day pilot instead, starting once they are live, and then sign for 12 months if they are happy.
