Renewal Comparator

Every Renewal Checked for Fair Value Before It Goes Out

Renewals go out at a higher price, and the reason it is still fair value lives in someone's head. A home or motor renewal above the new customer price can slip out in a busy month. The Renewal Comparator checks every renewal first, and keeps the reasoning.

From Upload to Fair Value Pack in 5 Steps

Every screen below is from our demo broker, with made-up customers.

  1. Upload Your Renewals. Nothing Changes in Your Broking System.

Export your upcoming renewals as you do today, at least 30 days before they are due, and upload the Excel or CSV file. Omniron never changes a price.

  2. Every Renewal Checked Before It Goes Out

Each renewal is checked for a price above the new customer price, big rises, loyalty rises, higher fees and vulnerable customers. The check uses fixed rules, not AI, so the same renewal always gets the same answer.

    • Above the new customer price
    • Loyalty rises
    • Higher fees

  3. The Exact Fix and the Money at Risk

Flagged renewals are listed soonest first, with the exact amount needed to fix each flag and the money at risk. You are warned if a renewal is about to go out before its action is done.

  4. A Person Decides, and the Reason Is Kept

Your team records fair value with a reason, or the action needed, and follows it up. Vulnerable customers are contacted before they renew, and about 1 in 10 fair value decisions get a random second check by a firm admin.

  5. A Fair Value Pack for Your Board

Every decision feeds a Fair Value Pack: renewals checked, flagged and confirmed fair, and who pays fees. Download it for your board, or export the records.
